Here’s proof of Lemke’s prompt customer service: I emailed my Mac Store receipt to them yesterday (Thursday, Oct. 09, 2014) at 2:55PM (EST).
Lemke replied and sent me my new software license 21 minutes later! (Thursday, Oct. 09 at 3:16PM EST).
