Couldnt live without it!

I purchased GraphicConverter years ago, back when it was shareware, and I used it all the time. When the pricing model changed, I tried to put off buying it again. But I finally gave in - and, boy, am I glad I did! How did I think I could get along without this?

I had heard some complaints about the developer being unresponsive to requests for support, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I had a minor issue come up and, with a few emails back and forth, had it resolved in less than 24 hours. Impressive, especially when you consider the 9 hour difference in time zones!

Like one of the other reviewers said, this is about as close to a "Swiss Army Knife" as a piece of software can get.
